1. General Overview and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the wnlbd platform ("Website", "Service" or "Platform") and its users ("User", "Member" or "You"). By accessing the website or creating an account you fully accept these terms.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are single-use only and cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds are used before cash funds.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on wnlbd are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. All members must comply with the following:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game lobby.
• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, wnlbd reserves the right to refund the bet where applicable.
• If a sports betting event is cancelled, the bet is generally refunded.
• Playing using dishonest means or automated software tools is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

Live betting is available on international cricket including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup. Separate odds and rules apply to each match. Odds may change after a match has started and such changes will not apply to bets already placed.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Fraudulent or deceptive transactions.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassment of or harmful behaviour toward other members.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

wnlbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Breach of the age requirement.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

If a member wishes to close their account at any time, they may contact the support team. Any available cash balance at the time of account closure will be returned after verification is completed; however, bonus balances will not be returned under any circumstances.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Members' information is not sold to third parties.
• Information is used solely for the purpose of providing services and ensuring security.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Outcomes resulting from a member's own gaming decisions.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons.
• Third-party access resulting from a member's negligence with their account credentials.
• Indirect or incidental financial losses.

wnlbd's maximum liability will be limited to the cash balance held in the relevant member's account.

13. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between wnlbd and a member, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through amicable discussion. The dispute resolution process is as follows:

• Step 1: The member will contact the support team by email and provide details of the dispute.
• Step 2: The wnlbd support team will provide an initial response within a maximum of 72 hours.
• Step 3: If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to a higher level.

In all disputes, wnlbd's recorded logs and transaction history will be considered as final evidence.

14. Changes to Terms

wnlbd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published will be considered equivalent to acceptance of the new terms.
